Terms of Service

By accessing and using Veritas, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Veritas is a SaaS platform that provides document-grounded customer service agents powered by large language models (LLMs). Our service includes:

• AI-powered customer service automation
• Document ingestion and RAG pipeline processing
• WhatsApp Business API integration
• Web embed capabilities
• Usage analytics and reporting

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Respect usage limits based on your subscription tier

Our service operates on a subscription model with the following tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to GPT-3.5, 50MB document storage
• Pro Tier: Access to GPT-4 and premium models, 2GB storage

Billing is processed through Stripe. Usage-based charges apply for API calls and document processing beyond tier limits.

While we strive for high availability and accuracy, our service:

• May experience occasional downtime for maintenance
• AI responses may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations
• Is subject to rate limiting and usage quotas
• Requires human oversight for critical customer interactions

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• Data export options will be available for 30 days
• Billing will cease at the end of the current period
• Data deletion will occur according to our retention policy
